I am so grateful to have been featured in the BBC Dropbox, where I had the chance to share my writing journey, the inspiration behind my work, and the emotions that lie at the heart of my poetry. 

Everything Starts With an Emotion is a very personal collection. It explores how emotions shape the way we live and the choices we make. Through both struggles and hope, I wanted the poems to reflect raw feelings but also leave space for light and resilience. My hope is that readers can see themselves in these words and feel a little less alone. 

Writing has always been a passion of mine, and alongside my career in health and social care, it gives me the space to reflect and create. I am thankful for every reader who has taken the time to connect with my work, and for opportunities like this feature that allow me to share my story more widely.
